What are your business hours?

Our hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We have found over our many years of business that these hours seem to accommodate a large group of our customers. However, we understand that emergencies can arise at any moment and work hours can vary, so we also work on an appointment basis with emergency hours available during certain days. Do all of your service technicians hold the appropriate Maryland licenses for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service?

All our service technicians hold a Maryland HVAC journeymen or masters license and technicians participate regularly in continuing education classes from manufactures, suppliers, trade organizations, and in house. For more information on our licenses, visit the certifications page of our website.

Are you an authorized dealer of any industry products?

Do you install or service brands and products that you do not sell?

Yes. We will install or service any brand or product that you wish to use. For more information on brands we sell, visit the products page of our website.

Do you offer any special deals or rebates?

Yes. We have spring and fall system tune-up specials to prepare you for the hot summer and cold winter. Additionally, we participate in Potomoc Edison’s Energy Efficiency program. To learn more, visit the specials page of our website.

Do you offer financing programs for your services and products?

Yes. We strive to provide high-quality service at an affordable price, but understand that some emergencies are hard to plan for. Special 12 month financing is available with approved credit. For more information on financing, visit the financing page of our website.
