Our service contracts include a comprehensive inspection of your HVAC and plumbing systems, scheduled twice a year.

Tankless Water Heater Service Contract

Includes:

  • Annual descaling/flushing to remove mineral buildup
  • Cleaning of intake filters
  • Inspection of burners, sensors, and venting
  • Check for error codes and system diagnostics

HVAC Systems (Heat Pumps, AC, and Furnaces)

Includes:

  • Biannual tune-ups (cooling in spring, heating in fall)
  • Filter replacement (or customer-provided filters)
  • Refrigerant level check & leak inspection
  • Electrical connection tightening & amp draw measurement
  • Thermostat calibration
  • Safety switch testing
  • Combustion analysis (for furnaces)

Boilers (Hot Water & Steam) – Gas, Oil, and Electric

Includes:

  • Annual combustion testing (gas/oil)
  • Inspection of burners, igniters, and safety controls
  • Check and test the expansion tank
  • Flush sediment from hot water boilers
  • Blow down low-water cutoffs (steam)
  • Test for proper pressure settings and valve function

Water Treatment Systems

Includes:

  • Annual testing of water quality
  • Media or cartridge replacement (filters, softeners, UV, etc.)
  • Salt level monitoring and refill (if applicable)
  • Valve head inspection and reprogramming
  • Backwash/regeneration cycle verification

Backflow Certification & Testing

Includes:

  • Annual required testing (per local/state regulations)
  • Completion and submission of test reports to local authority
  • Repair or replacement of failing assemblies
  • Documentation for compliance audits

Complete Plumbing System Service Plan

Includes:

  • Annual whole-home/commercial inspection
  • Leak detection and fixture checks
  • Drain flow testing and camera inspection (1 line per year)
  • Water pressure testing
  • Shutoff valve and hose bib checks
  • Water heater inspection (tank or tankless)

Drain Service Plan

Includes:

  • Main line camera inspection
  • Visual inspection of exposed drain lines for leaks or corrosion
  • Sump pump and ejector pump testing (if applicable)
  • Water Jetting of main line from cleanout to street
