We are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the area for over 60 years.  

In 1956, our founder Norman E. “Bob” Waltz launched his own plumbing and heating service business with his wife Betty and today the Waltz family continues that legacy.

All of our service technicians hold a Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master’s license. In addition to the MD licenses, we require our HVAC technicians to be tested and become NATE certified.

For HVAC products, we are an authorized dealer of Carrier ® HVAC products and offer sales, service, and installation for their entire heating, cooling, and air quality product line.  

We are also an authorized dealer for Goulds Water Technology, Rinnai ®, and RUUD and offer sales, service, and installation for their plumbing products.

Yes! Because we invest in the latest training and certifications, our team is also equipped to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for all brands of equipment and fixtures.
