Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist with the company’s accounts receivables including running reports, invoice generation, and collections.
  • Assist in updating our CSM software’s materials pricing, warranty registration, rebate and finance processing, social media posting, etc.
  • The individual should have a solid understanding of basic accounting, data entry skills with a knack for numbers, hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets, customer service orientation and an attention to detail.
  • Work experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or accountant preferred.
